Please do not rely on an "out on the trails" test to see if you like the size of your shoe or feel for your shoe or vest etc. Please do this at home. We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.


* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our administration costs. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. HikersWool is made from 100% pure New Zealand lambs wool. It provides friction-free comfort and wicks away moisture so you can avoid painful and annoying blisters! Suitable for all type of activities and all types of feet.

Using HikersWool to prevent blisters

Using HikersWool is simple - follow these directions for the best results.

* Stop immediately if you feel a hot spot and apply HikersWool as directed - don't wait until the blister forms.

* Apply a generous amount directly to the tender area then replace sock and footwear. Depending on the location of your hotspot/blister you may not need to completely remove your sock.

* If the problem is in your toe area, remove your sock and wrap the wool around the affected area.

* HikerWool will bind itself into the sock over the course of the day, this is normal. So as long as your sock stays in place, HikersWool will too. You can easily add more or replace if needed.


HikersWool will not form lumps or roll into a ball making it comfortable even for ling journeys. Once you have used it a few times you will become able to judge the right amount needed for your feet.

HikersWool is not medicated and should not be used on broken skin.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

The Bits

The TPU Guide Map Case is made from TPU, with a welded construction and a super strong closure to provide fully waterproof and dustproof performance. The PVC-free TPU material is strong, durable, flexible and resistant to UV and extreme cold”so it can be folded numerous times for pocket storage without cracking or disColouring. Designed with a detachable neck strap and corner anchor points for versatility.

Knowing and understanding your gear and how it fits is a great attribute for people that love to be in the wilderness.  Ultimately, you are responsible for you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.


* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our administration costs. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​
