To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods.
