All goods purchased at BKT-Trail, except BKT-Trail merchandise, are subject to the warranty policy of the specific item. When you return an item under a warranty we will liaise with the brand representative regarding your warranty issue. ​On occasions we may experience delays in receiving correspondence from the specific brand and unfortunately that will mean you will also receive delays. It may also be the case that not all staff at BKT-Trail will be aware of your warranty issue so we ask that you email info@bkt-trail.com.au will all warranty and refund questions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Before returning your item if purchased online please email us at info@bkt-trail.com.au to advise us of your return and the reason for the return so that we are able to confirm whether you have met the condition of returns. We strongly suggest that you wear an item at home with all tags attached to ensure sizing accuracy.  We also ask that you refer to sizing charts that are either located on our website or on a brand's website or within reviews. Knowing and understanding your gear and how it fits is a great attribute for people that love to be in the wilderness.  Ultimately, you are responsible for you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards


* Shoes (or items) which have been worn outside or on a marking surface (please note it is immediately obvious when shoes have been worn outside and we will not be able to accept a return or exchange if this is the case). Please do not rely on an "out on the trails" test to see if you like the size of your shoe or feel for your shoe or vest etc. Please do this at home. We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.


* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our administration costs. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bkt-trail.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED​ and the sale is final. Clearance items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, please do not ask.  This is a general retail policy and it should not come as a surprise to you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bkt-trail.com.au and send your item to: BKT-Trail PO Box 213 Nairne SA 5252, Australia.
It is not ok to take your items for a run or a hike outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn items.​​

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 213, Nairne SA 5252.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are seeking a refund the original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to use:

Before getting out there apply Gurney Goo liberally to areas prone to friction: toes, crotch, nipples, feet, armpits, shoulders (pack straps).

For Best protection, rub in a moderate amount 12 hours before you start in addition to a liberal layer at the start. A light shower before you start is fine, just don't rub the bits where you have applied the Gurney Goo. You may also like to apply Gurney Goo to your clothing in the chaff prone areas.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

As its name suggests, this adaptable, all-terrain shoe defies convention — performing light on the trail and smooth on the street, thanks to its midsole geometry and outsole construction.

 Dynamically designed for versatile traction, its distinctive outsole has zonal construction to optimise grip and weight.

Developed with broad, closely spaced zonal lugs, the Challenger ATR 6’s outsole delivers smooth transitions from one surface to another. This season’s iteration utilises recycled Unifi REPREVE® yarn derived from post-consumer waste plastic.

Sherpa's polypropylene gloves are lightweight, compact and are brushed on the inside for additional comfort and fleecy warmth. They are compact, therefore they are also excellent liners for ski gloves, or climber's mitts in colder conditions. They dry quickly when wet and will not absorb perspiration. Made from brushed polypropylene these liners will last a lifetime without wear and tear due to the materials durability and strength.

All goods purchased at BKT-Trail, except BKT-Trail merchandise, are subject to the warranty policy of the specific item. When you return an item under a warranty we will liaise with the brand representative regarding your warranty issue. ​On occasions we may experience delays in receiving correspondence from the specific brand and unfortunately that will mean you will also receive delays. It may also be the case that not all staff at BKT-Trail will be aware of your warranty issue so we ask that you email info@bkt-trail.com.au will all warranty and refund questions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Before returning your item if purchased online please email us at info@bkt-trail.com.au to advise us of your return and the reason for the return so that we are able to confirm whether you have met the condition of returns. We strongly suggest that you wear an item at home with all tags attached to ensure sizing accuracy.  We also ask that you refer to sizing charts that are either located on our website or on a brand's website or within reviews. Knowing and understanding your gear and how it fits is a great attribute for people that love to be in the wilderness.  Ultimately, you are responsible for you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Shoes (or items) which have been worn outside or on a marking surface (please note it is immediately obvious when shoes have been worn outside and we will not be able to accept a return or exchange if this is the case). Please do not rely on an "out on the trails" test to see if you like the size of your shoe or feel for your shoe or vest etc. Please do this at home. We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.


* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our administration costs. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A nimble trail racer, the Torrent 2’s streamlined silhouette incorporates a seemingly contradictory combination of cushioning and agility. Lightweight performance is made possible with a PROFLY™ midsole, which provides a forgiving landing and responsive toe-off. Designed with an engineered mesh upper, the Torrent 2 utilizes recycled Unifi REPREVE(R) yarn derived from post-consumer waste plastic. Sporting realigned, multi-directional lugs for improved traction, this trail racer tackles a variety of terrain with a sticky rubber outsole.
