We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.
* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be required to advise us of your account details as we do not store any credit account details, within a certain amount of days.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our costs of original and return shipping, bank fees, and re-shelving the item applies. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchased your shoes in store you are provided with time to be fitted in shoes and will have the opportunity to run in shoes inside of the store. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

How it Works

LiquiCell® is an external version of our body’s internal design for tissue protectionthe
bursa sac. A bursa is a small fluid-filled sac located at over 300 points inside

The liquid in a LiquiCell® bandage circulates and moves in all directions so your skin doesn't. With an easy to use and completely safe peel and stick application, the bandage stays in place for extended periods of time and can be used for multiple runs.

Different from the RestOther bandages may provide a thin cushion but will not reduce the friction level against your skin like that of a LiquiCell Nipple Protectors, where the sealed liquid is in constant flow. The LiquiCell Nipple Protectors are also lower profile and less cumbersome than other brands.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please see below for Sale items.

All goods purchased at BKT-Trail, except BKT-Trail merchandise, are subject to the warranty policy of the specific item. When you return an item under a warranty we will liaise with the brand representative regarding your warranty issue. ​On occasions we may experience delays in receiving correspondence from the specific brand and unfortunately that will mean you will also receive delays. It may also be the case that not all staff at BKT-Trail will be aware of your warranty issue so we ask that you email info@bkt-trail.com.au will all warranty and refund questions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Before returning your item if purchased online please email us at info@bkt-trail.com.au to advise us of your return and the reason for the return so that we are able to confirm whether you have met the condition of returns. We strongly suggest that you wear an item at home with all tags attached to ensure sizing accuracy. In store we are able to assist with sizing however we are not able to feel what you are able to feel. We also ask that you refer to sizing charts that are either located in store, on our website or on a brand's website. Knowing and understanding your gear and how it fits is a great attribute for people that love to be in the wilderness.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Shoes (or items) which have been worn outside or on a marking surface (please note it is immediately obvious when shoes have been worn outside and we will not be able to accept a return or exchange if this is the case). Please do not rely on an "out on the trails" test to see if you like the size of your shoe or feel for your shoe or vest etc. Please do this in store or at home. We cannot accept an exchange or return on an item that has been tested. Some brands do accept returns on worn items and we suggest shopping with these large companies if you are wanting to return items after they have been worn.
* Undergarments may not be returned for hygiene reasons.​

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be required to advise us of your account details as we do not store any credit account details, within a certain amount of days.
Should you elect to receive a refund on a return, a fee of AU $19.95 to cover our costs of original and return shipping, bank fees, and re-shelving the item applies. This will be deducted from the refund provided.​


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bkt-trail.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED​ and the sale is final. Clearance items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, please do not ask.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bkt-trail.com.au and send your item to: BKT-Trail 552 Greenhill Road, Hazelwood Park, SA, 5066, Australia.
It is not ok to take your items for a run or a hike outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn items.​​

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shoes
​We are only able to return your shoes if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If you purchased your shoes in store you are provided with time to be fitted in shoes and will have the opportunity to run in shoes inside of the store. If you purchase shoes from BKT-Trail, take the shoes for a run and decide that you would like a different shoe, you are unfortunately unable to return your shoes as they have been worn and no longer in the condition that you purchased them in. If you have purchased shoes you are able to take them home and wear them on a surface inside that does not mark the shoes and if they are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been marked at all and have the tags and box intact we are able to return the shoes within the requisite time periods. Refunds will attract an administration fee.

It is not ok to take your shoes for a run outside and then change your mind and ask us for a refund or exchange. This makes us really sad when we get asked to change worn shoes.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BKT-Trail 552 Greenhill Road, Hazelwood Park, SA, 5066, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are seeking a refund the original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
